Natasha began her journey to the real estate industry as a young child, pouring over MLS books and taking herself to open houses in her neighborhood. With an interest in real estate that never faded, Natasha focused her collegiate studies on historic homes, architecture and the decorative arts. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in art history from the elite Pitzer College of the Claremont Colleges. She then received her real estate license, joined Coldwell Banker in Los Gatos in 2002, and wasted little time making her mark on the real estate industry. She was offered membership in Coldwell Banker’s coveted International Diamond Society and International Sterling Society for her sales performance very early on in her career. In the summer of 2006, she became one the original 30 members of the prestigious new Sereno Group, receiving an invitation based on her prior sales performance and character. She was drawn to the brokerage to due to its strong leadership, sustainable values, local knowledge and ownership. The company does much more than assist with closing sales, their adherence to their core values and commitment to social responsibility is commendable and something all businesses should strive to achieve.
Natasha demonstrates her knowledge and skills as she effectively markets, negotiates, and sells properties while providing her clients the attention and timely information they need. Attributing much of her success to referrals, Natasha has steadily built her business and reputation through a large network of repeat clients. Natasha has sold homes ranging from entry-level condos to multi-million-dollar estates and she knows how stressful the buying and selling process can be. Natasha is proud of her role as a trusted advisor to each of her clients. Her experience and education allow her to put her clients in the best possible positions for negotiations while she tirelessly works on their behalf. A south bay area native, Natasha currently lives in Almaden with her husband, two sons, and two dogs. She enjoys spending her time traveling with her family, most recently taking trips to Hawaii, Yellowstone & Disneyworld. Natasha has maintained her passion for art and history and has a personal interest in preserving the integrity of the bay area's historic landmarks and culture. She is involved with Child Advocates of Santa Clara County and Junior League of San Jose, providing support for local children in the foster care system and the community at large. Natasha supports Sereno Group’s 1% For Good Campaign which recently introduced Music for Minors as a beneficiary.
